Herbs & Spices @ Sri Petaling

After the Taiwan Dami, here is another restaurant i wish to recommend. Herbs & Spices Restaurant at Sri Petaling. This place look simple but doesn't compromise the comfortable ambiance. Place look clean and waitresses are trained in good manners. Customer satisfaction is their most concern. Why? They even ask customer feedback for future improving.

Spaghetti. No bad. RM12++

Black Pepper Udon. RM11.00. 

My dinner on that day. The first impression of this Black Pepper Udon is look like the Hokkien Char, but, the flavorful Udon mee with the Black Pepper sauce and premium seafood will boosted your appetite. Yet, they maintain at the reasonable price.

Nasi goreng Sri Petaling. RM12.50. 

Is it  local Sri Petaling's taste? I do not know because i am not the local. Yet, it is nice to eat.

Charlie Brown Cafe @ KLCC

Hooray!! Finally i step myself in Charlie Brown Cafe at Suria KLCC. This is the second Charlie Brown Cafe in Malaysia after the first shop at Straits Quay, Penang. This is a thematic cafe surrounding by snoopy and his friends. Haha..i really feel excited while i sit inside the cafe with my lovely snoopy. In this cafe, not only food and beverage provided, some snoopy collection also sold in the cafe. However, it take some time to wait for serve even there are not much people. Let's have a look>>

Upper photo: Charlie Brown Cafe is self-service cafe. Customers are allowed to look for the  menu at their place and order your food at the counter. 

Lower photo: The wall of cafe is decorated by snoopy and its friends.. I love this.

In front the counter, you can see the characters in Snoopy. 

Other parts of decoration. You may have your meal inside the School bus, enjoy reading the comic on the wall while waiting for serve or watch the snoopy series played on the TV.

Inside the cafe, there are description about the character in Snoopy world. Here, two of the famous characters for me, Snoopy and Charlie Brown.

My snoopy table on that day and under a snoopy wall light. It is a mere coincidence, may be the God know that i love snoopy. HAha..

Dessert with character design served in the cafe. I do not try for this time. So, cannot tell how is the taste.

Hot Chocolate with Snoopy art design. RM9.50. 

Mango Lassie. RM13.50. This is quite good.

Spaghetti Bolognese Chicken. RM17.50. Sincerely to say that the taste is not bad but it is not special. For me, it is expensive since it is just a usual spaghetti.  

Woodstock Chicken Chop. RM18.50. Again, the taste is ok. But it will be more delicious if the sauce can be more creamy. Compare to the spaghetti, it is worth.

Jonker Street @ Malacca 鸡场街

After coming back from Genting Highland, I go to Malacca on next day. I love this historical city and Jonker Street is the attraction that i must visit while i pass by Malacca. Jonker street is like a China Town in Malacca. You can find a lots of Chinese traditional food, Baba Nyonya food, cloths, and building which full with historical colour. It really a good place to shopping and enjoy the delicious local food. However the time is limited for this trip..huhhh! Let's show you some places i have visited.

Since it is Dragon year, a long dragon on the sky of Jonker street. Dragon is represent luck and wish for Chinese. So i wish i can achieve my dream in this lucky year.

Famosa Chicken Rice Ball. 

It is a famous food in Malacca. The taste is similar to ordinary chicken rice, the only different is they make the rice into a ball shape. Just as the photo in the menu. it is a good try if you never seen before. However, i prefer the ordinary chicken rice.

In my opinion, the taste for both are not as good as before. A delicious boiled chicken should be smooth enough. I prefer other chicken rice shop in Jonker street instead of this shop.

Otak- otak. Food make by fish meat and it is popular at Muar.

Upstairs of the restaurant, there are some decoration of chinese traditional culture. Upper picture is the place that Chinese wedding tea ceremony take place. The lower photo is a Chinese character pronounced as "xi", is a word that must use in wedding ceremony. It brings the meaning of good luck and everything will go smooth in future.

I am weak in my Chinese history. I think this are some of the modification room for the palace.

Some angpau sell in front of the chicken rice shop. It is quite beautiful.

Nyonya pineapple tart shop.

The pineapple tart is making in the shop and sell directly. So, it is fresh enough. You can smell the sweet smelting of butter in front of the shop.

我的生活点滴@ Taman Puncak Jalil

星座书上总是说金牛女可以很宅，可以窝在家里不出门，这说的蛮准的。
考完试，我就一个人呆在家里，那里也没有去。上上网，看看书，过得是毫无压力的生活。

哈哈哈……有时候还蛮享受的。人， 长大了总是要学会一个人的生活。一个人生活并不代表你没有自己的生活圈子，而是要学会享受一个人的时候，学习怎样和自己生活。
当然，偶尔会觉得寂寞，会想念和朋友一起吵闹的时光，那是多么的热闹。无聊时就想想怎么介绍这个对大家来说还算陌生的地方—— Taman Puncak　Jalil　加尔峰。

该怎么介绍呢？这其实就是一的住宅区，一个可以通往Ｐｕｃｈｏｎｇ，　Ｓｅｒｄａｎｇ，Ｂｕｋｉｔ　Ｊａｌｉｌ的好地方。　我喜欢吃，俗语说：“民以食为天”，　所以就为大家介绍这里的——茶餐食。

早市，午市一直到夜市都营业的美食中心，到了晚上更是人山人海。

味道如何？　没有特别的。

但与朋友聊天，叫一碟来当佐料，心情好，吃什么都觉得好吃。

冰如果能再幼点，口感会更不错。

其实这是一间很普通的茶餐室，但对这里的居民绝不陌生。　喝酒，聊天，哈啦，用膳……成了附近居民的不错选择。

辉煌茶餐食的辉煌怡保芽菜滑鸡饭

滑溜溜的白斩鸡，配上香喷喷的滑鸡饭，赞啊！！还有还有， 我超喜欢他的吊片猪肉丸。好吃！

除了滑鸡饭，在茶餐食里还有一档小炒也是很不错的！晚上的人潮不多，最适合没有耐心的食客咯。

有时，我会想念朋友们。

台湾大米@ Taiwan Dami

After fetching my grandparents, we decided to have our lunch at Sri Petaling. Again, i was headache when making decision where to eat. So, i found a parking lot in front of Taiwan Dami and we just simply entered the restaurant.

Sun Bei Chicken Rice @ 三杯鸡饭 (RM9.90)

Sun Bei Chicken is a famous food in Taiwan. I never go to Taiwan and of course i don't the original taste of Sun Bei Chicken. The Sun Bei Chicken served in Taiwan Dami is not bad for me. A litter bit of spicy, served in boiling clay-pot. I think they have put some spices but i like it. Anyone has try the original Sun Bei Chicken? Feel free to comment.

Taiwan Dami is not only served Taiwan food, there are also Japanese Food as well as some local food. The environment of the restaurant is comfortable and suitable for gathering.  Price is reasonable and only 5% of service charge. So, what do you think?

Chili's @ Mid Valley

It was a good Friday, we got we in Mid Valley for a movie. Huhh..this was my first time drove to Mid Valley, speed a bit slow but at least it save! Hope that i did not scare you all, friends! Before we went for our movie, we took our late lunch or should called "tea time" at Chili's Grill and Bar Restaurant. Chili's was a western food restaurant. For a student, the price might be a bit higher but it was consider reasonable for me. Why?? First, the portion of food was large. It was enough for two girls sharing a plate unless you are eat lot. Second, it was a good place for gathering  because the unlimited refillable drinks (only for small drinks). With one glass of drink, we could chat so much.
